Types of Visas/Permanet residence

Invest in Brazil.

Be an investor and/or resident, in addition to being able to acquire Brazilian nationality, after 4 years of permanent residence.

To obtain a permanent residency in Brazil, you can choose one of two alternatives:

1. own a Brazilian company, or enter as a shareholder in a company already established in the country;
2. acquire a property and be able to reside in a tropical country, enjoying its nature, in addition to being one of the few countries where the rate of return on your investment is high.

You can purchase your property with the capital you have invested in the company, if you do not wish to purchase the property directly.

In the case of property purchase, the bureaucracy for the visa and permanent residency process is less, and it is not necessary to keep up-to-date accounting as in the case of an investment in the company.

For both permits, investing in a company or buying a property, it is necessary to demonstrate, in the renewal process, that you are still with the company or that you still have the acquired property or another of the same invested amount.

We take care of business visas and property visas. Other categories of visas may be analyzed, such as employment and student.
